In collaboration with Heilijgers, Vertico has created 11 custom facade elements for the Valeipark housing project. These panels are designed using parametric principles to achieve both aesthetic and structural harmony.

‍From Digital Design to Printed Reality

The process began with a fully digital workflow, utilizing advanced parametric software to shape the forms and prepare them for robotic printing. A full-scale mock-up has already been successfully printed, proving the precision, feasibility, and design potential of 3D concrete printing in architectural contexts.

Efficient and Material-Conscious Construction

Once the building phase begins, the panels will be printed and installed on-site, reducing logistics and material waste. This project reflects Vertico’s commitment to streamlining construction through digital fabrication, offering a smarter, more sustainable approach to modern housing design.
