Custom 3D-printed facade elements for Valeipark housing
In collaboration with Heilijgers, Vertico has created 11 custom facade elements for the Valeipark housing project. These panels are designed using parametric principles to achieve both aesthetic and structural harmony. The mock-up has already been printed, showcasing the accuracy and potential of 3D concrete printing for architectural applications.
The process was developed using advanced design software, highlighting how digital tools and robotics streamline the transition from concept to construction. Once ground is broken, these elements will be printed and installed on-site, offering an efficient and material-conscious solution for modern housing projects.
