What should be the ideal setup for Design?

A Compact robot with the Accelerator Printhead is the ideal combination for design studios and manufacturers: a fast-setting 2K material for fine detail and overhangs, in a cell that fits spaces with ceilings from 2.7 m.

Phase 01 · Robot

Compact Robot

The Compact Robot fits spaces with ceiling heights from 2.7 m and needs a lower floor load, while keeping full capabilities: a 2.05 m reach and the same open slicing software as the larger machines.

Phase 02 · Printhead

Accelerator Printhead (2K)

The Accelerator Printhead mixes a fast-setting 2K material at the nozzle, achieving remarkable detail and overhangs of up to 60 degrees. Live readings of pressure, temperature and humidity keep every print under control.

Vertico Slicer software turning a parametric design into robot code
Phase 03 · Software

Vertico Slicer

License-free slicing software that transforms parametric designs into precise robot code. Open to any workflow: from Grasshopper to the printed wall, with full control over every layer.

Add-ons · Upgrades

Color + Rotating Printhead

Once the core setup is running, two upgrades open up the most for design pieces. Color adds pigment layer by layer, from solid tones to gradual transitions within a single print. The Rotating Printhead turns the nozzle as it follows the print path, so shaped nozzles keep their orientation for cleaner edges, textures and patterns.
