Non-planar printing is easy with our 3D concrete printing technology. This object is ±85cm x 40cm; produced first time right for a client in the USA.
3D printing with our robotic arm allows designers to print non-planar objects with ease. Non-planar allows for the freedom to make curves in all directions. By varying the layer height and speed of print, we are able to produce undulating patterns even though the top and the bottom of the object remain perpendicular to the ground.
The Vertico slicing software is able to produce the toolpath needed to create these unique designs.
